This recipe is 100% inspired my friend and highly talented foodie / chef / product developer Jac's. She writes a fantastic blog called Chef Prive and posted this recipe a while ago. Her version involves much bigger quantities and includes lamb mince which I think would add a very nice depth to the dish. I scaled things down a bit and only used pork and beef mince.
