This is a pretty cool recipe for marinating your chicken. In fact I thought it so cool I raced downstairs to whip up the marinade, coat some fillets i had left over from last night and will be making a chicken salad with them for lunch a little later today.
Michael credits this recipe to Bill Granger, one the he was inspired to create after visiting a take away bar in Israel.
I always say that some of the best food one can eat will often be found in a hole in the wall.
