There is nothing worse than discovering that your roast chicken is not cooked properly. It can put you right off the entire meal.
Here are a few tips to help you check to make sure that your roast chicken is ready for the eating.
Use a skewer to pierce the thickest part of the breast, when you pull it out check to see if the juices are clear. If they are then you are good to go, if not back into the oven it goes. If you are still not confident slice a knife down the inner part of the thigh and check to see if the meat is set properly and keep an eye out of any pinkness.
